By accessing and using VIP Transport's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
VIP Transport provides moving, storage, and logistics services. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in your service agreement or bill of lading.
Estimates provided are based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual weight, distance, services required, and other factors. Binding estimates will be honored as specified in writing.
VIP Transport offers various levels of valuation protection for your belongings. Basic coverage is included with all moves, with additional full-value protection available for purchase. Please review your options carefully before your move.
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves. Please inspect your belongings upon delivery and note any damage on the inventory sheets. Visit our File a Claim page to submit a claim.
Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, certified checks, and money orders. Personal checks may be accepted with prior approval.
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your move. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances.
Certain items cannot be transported, including hazardous materials, perishables, and items of extraordinary value without prior arrangement. Please consult with your move coordinator for a complete list of prohibited items.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal regulations governing interstate transportation.

VIP Transport Inc may send SMS text messages related to your moving quote requests, appointment scheduling, move date reminders, service updates, and important notifications about your relocation services. Message frequency varies based on your service interactions.
Standard message and data rates may apply. VIP Transport Inc does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's rates will apply.
